Heavy rainfalls
this spring have created the perfect breeding grounds for mosquitoes. To help keep the mosquito populations down, try to eliminate any areas of standing water that they could use to breed. This includes emptying unused buckets, pools, old tires or bird baths that may be collecting water, and mowing lawns shorter to hold less moisture.
If you need extra help, our office has a natural mosquito repellent product available that helps keep mosquitoes away for 2-4 weeks. This spray is formulated using garlic juice and citric acid and can be used to spray under decks and on plants around the yard to deter mosquitoes. Stop by our office to pick some up!
