Our partners at North Country CISMA are offering some great programs this year to help our landowners manage invasive plants. The seasonal crew (Jon, Gabe and Kyle, pictured below) are back in action and ready to help assist you. For landowners that interesting in managing invasive plants on their property, but maybe don't want to handle it themselves, the CISMA has a cost-share program available. The crew is available for hire at cost to complete treatments for high priority species. The landowner will be required to pay 50% of treatment costs and the CISMA will cover the remaining 50% (thanks to a grant from the Michigan Invasive Species Grant Program).
